the dining area was crystal clean. everything was laid out in total perfection. all the staff were friendly and helpful. they were also very funny.
There were sunbed reservations at the crack of dawn. i do not agree with this. This was frustrating. i found cafe falesia on my last 3 days. i wish i had found it earlier.

I found the staff very attentive. they cleaned the rooms daily and also provided fresh towels. i enjoyed the beautiful gardens. They were well kept. the outdoor massage in the garden area was a treat. It was really relaxing.
i noticed the local area information was not very detailed. the maps provided were basic. i needed more comprehensive guidance.

Fantastic Adult-Only Getaway!

I found the adult-only aspect created such a peaceful atmosphere. There were never issues finding sunbeds by the pool (a huge relief!). I enjoyed the free car parking right outside the hotel. The hotel offered car hire next door at Pine Cliffs Hotel, super convenient.
The hotel's home-made maps were quite basic. The reception could have provided more information about the surrounding local area. the beach shuttle dropped me off pretty far from the beach.

The breakfast was fantastic, it offered a wide variety of choices. I especially enjoyed eating outside in the sunshine each morning. The dinner buffet had many options and they varied each day (I loved the themed nights!).

This hotel is a good base for exploring the Algarve region. I discovered a beautiful beach nearby (accessed via Pine Cliffs Hotel). I even spotted dolphins from the beach one day, so bring binoculars!

The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast offered a huge selection of dishes. I especially loved the different types of fresh bread. The hotel has courtesy rooms with lockers for late departures, super useful.
The hotel is located a bit far from things (in my opinion). The free shuttle to the beach had limited hours. I also found it inconvenient that I had to pay a deposit for pool towels and that there were no mattresses on the sun loungers.

I found the rooms quite spacious. The balcony had adequate seating. The daily breakfast featured fresh pastries. I saw two outdoor pools and ample sun loungers. The hotel provided a shuttle to a nearby beach. I used it once and found it convenient. The staff was generally helpful.
The gym had limited equipment. I only saw two treadmills.
